Yes. Aromadd diffusers support programmable scheduling, so you can set scenting around your actual business hours and let the system run automatically. Staff do not need to remember to switch the diffuser on every morning and off again after closing.

Start below your maximum intensity and let the fragrance settle into the space before increasing it. Aromadd lets you program both operating periods and scent intensity, so you can build a consistent background scent rather than relying on constant maximum output.

Not necessarily. If compatible HVAC ductwork already connects those areas, U5 can be a much simpler solution by using the building airflow to distribute fragrance. Separate diffusers or scent zones become more useful when different areas need different scents or operating schedules.

Not always. Start with your daily operating hours, scent intensity and how easy the diffuser is for staff to access. U5’s 600ml capacity works well for many everyday commercial setups; when refill frequency becomes a major operational issue, a 5L system such as U50 may make more sense.

Yes. When two areas need independent fragrance programs, choose U100. Its two separate 5L scent systems can be programmed independently, giving each zone its own scenting plan instead of forcing both areas to use the same settings.
