Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To comply with Google policies and ensure transparency, please review the following terms carefully.

 Return Eligibility

✅ Accepted Returns Must:
  • Be unused, in original packaging with tags/labels intact.
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
  • Opened consumables (e.g., oils, perfumes).
  • Custom/personalized products.
  • Sale items, gift cards, or final clearance.

How to Return

Step 1: Contact us within 30 days at service@aromadd.com with:
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if defective/damaged)
Step 2: If approved, ship items to our official return address:

Important Notes:
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Customs Forms: Mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid import taxes.
  • Tracking Required: Use a tracked shipping method. Untracked returns will not be refunded.

Refund Process

  • Timeline: Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Method: Refunds go to the original payment method. Bank processing may take 3-5 additional business days.
  • Denied Returns: Items failing eligibility criteria will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Damaged/Wrong Items

  • Report issues within 3 days of delivery.
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label and:
    • Priority replacement (if available).
    • Full refund (if replacements are unavailable).

EU/UK Customers

  • Cancel orders within 14 days of delivery (unopened items only).
  • Return shipping costs and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility.
